It said built with a fresh NA bottom end. I know I've read plenty about how the angle of the squirters are different and the TT piston has the cavity that the NA doesn't so that's a problem unless you are using a forged rod/aftermarket piston and then you swap back to NA squirters anyway... I'm still a little bit away from building my engine and trying to sort out fact from myth, but if I can rebuild my existing NA block (and possibly source some TT heads which still seems to be up for debate, I have no intentions of building a monster so this may not exactly be money well spent) I wouldn't mind going that route, it has fairly low miles and wasn't abused.
